At the same time, the platform’s value proposition had to be communicated clearly. Complex data workflows and analytics could easily overwhelm visitors, so the messaging and design had to simplify without diluting the product’s power.

Finally, the website had to immediately support the business goals of generating leads and trials, while also serving as a long-term foundation for brand growth and future feature expansion.
