Following a sudden disengagement with their incumbent partner, L’Oréal required an urgent transition to ensure business continuity across several brand sites. The challenge was twofold: execute a fast, stable onboarding of all sites, and implement longer-term infrastructure improvements to increase flexibility and maintainability across their eCommerce stack.
