Khaos Control ERP Integration: Automating order processing and stock management across multiple warehouse locations, improving product visibility and reducing spoilage of semi-perishable goods.
Multi-Source Inventory Management: Dynamically allocating stock from the most efficient location based on availability and proximity to the customer, reducing delivery times and overhead.
Cloud Infrastructure Optimisation: We implemented a horizontally scaling cloud solution, allowing virtual machines to automatically scale up during high-demand periods and wind down when not needed, dramatically improving cost efficiency.
