How is it different to the normal base webflow platform?

While normal Webflow plans are the direct options for more small to mid-sized teams, Enterprise removes fixed ceilings around traffic, CMS size, and performance, allowing your site to scale in line with your business. It also introduces more advanced collaboration features, making it easier for larger teams to work together with clear roles, approvals, and governance.

Beyond scale, Enterprise offers a higher level of reliability, security, and support. Businesses gain access to enterprise-grade features like single sign-on, enhanced security controls, and dedicated customer success support. The result is a platform that not only looks and performs great, but also fits seamlessly into larger organisations where reliability, compliance, and long-term growth matter just as much as speed and flexibility.

Payment options are also slightly different, with standard webflow plans only offering credit-card payments whilst enterprise plans are billed on an annual basis via credit card or through invoice that also may be more ideal for some business accounting structures.

Bespoke Plans and Packages

Unlike the out of the box plans Enterprise plans are bespoke meaning CMS item counts, API request rates, bandwidth and traffic capacity are custom and negotiated based on your organisations needs with no fixed caps. Enterprise plans also can bundle add-ons ( webflow optimise and localisation) across multiple sites in one package, which often helps to reduces admin costs, unlike standard plans where these typically are purchased on a per item, per site basis.

Branching and larger team workflows

Enterprise plans include additional branching and merge workflows that are unavailable to standard webflow plans. These additional development features allow a wider team to work on the site at once without the risk of overwriting work or publishing content before it’s finished.

Page branching allows you to create a branched version of a page, meaning any changes made in this branch won’t affect the live version of the page and can be tested in it’s own separate environment. Work can then be merged to staging to ensure there are no conflicts with existing site styling/functionality and then published to live once all is signed off. Alongside this, changes can be set up to require approval before publishing. This can be set up to ensure work is approved, for example, by a Senior team member of which allows them to easily see and check a juniors work to ensure high quality of creative/development work, or to check a content editors work to ensure things haven’t slipped and all looks and works correct as per design.

This branching and improved workflows means it will be easier to keep track with who is working on what within the site and provide a better site wide publishing schedule and easier control on the changes being made.

Security and Support

When you sign up for an Enterprise plan, you gain access to enhanced Webflow support, including priority support queues that help you get answers faster. Enterprise plans also offer advanced security features, such as SSO and SCIM user provisioning, custom security headers and SSL certificates, enhanced DDoS protection, and compliance support, providing a secure and reliable foundation for your site.
