What You'll Do:
AYKO is growing fast - and we’re looking for a Paid Media Manager (PPC) who’s ready to take ownership of some of our larger accounts and help shape our paid media offering, and build something big.
If you’re confident in Google Ads, PPC, Shopping/PMax, and managing multi‑client portfolios - but want the support, training, and freedom to accelerate your career - this is the role for you.
We’re one of the UK’s leading e‑commerce agencies, building and marketing high‑performing websites for well‑known brands. Paid Media is a huge growth area for us, and this role will be central to scaling that service.

- Create and execute PPC strategies across Search, Shopping/PMax, and Feed Management
- Manage budgets, forecasting, pacing, and ROAS performance
- Grow revenue opportunities across existing clients
- Support new business through audits, forecasts, and pitches
- Lead client communication, reporting, and strategy sessions (GA4 + other tools)
- Work closely with Google & Microsoft reps to leverage new features and Betas
- Share knowledge internally and help shape AYKO’s paid media direction
What We're Looking For:
- Agency experience managing multiple PPC clients
- Strong hands‑on skills with Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, GA4 and Microsoft Ads
- A self‑starter who can manage their own workload
- Commercial mindset with a track record of growing accounts
- At least 2 years’ experience in PPC or Paid Media
- Broader digital marketing awareness (Paid Social is a bonus)
- Leadership potential and the ambition to grow a team
