Basic Site Plan

The Basic plan is getting a small price increase, up to $15/month (annual) or $28/month (monthly), but this comes with a worthwhile upgrade: the static page limit doubles from 150 to 300 pages. A straightforward change that makes the plan more viable for slightly larger static sites without needing to step up to a higher tier.

New Premium Site Plan (CMS + Business merged)

The most significant change is the merger of the CMS and Business site plans into a single new Premium plan, priced at $25/month (annual) or $39/month (monthly). This simplifies the decision of which plan to choose and removes a layer of complexity that caused confusion for many customers. Here's how the limits stack up:

  • Static pages: 300 (no change for Business, double for CMS)
  • CMS items: 20,000 (increased for both former plans)
  • CMS collections: 40 (no change for Business, double for CMS)
  • Bandwidth: 50GB (unchanged for CMS, a slight reduction for Business which previously had 100GB)
  • Form file upload: included (no change for Business, but a new addition for former CMS customers)

The removal of CMS item add-ons is a particularly notable benefit, the 20,000 item limit now covers what many users were previously paying extra for. Business plan customers should note the bandwidth reduction from 100GB to 50GB; if your site is bandwidth-heavy, add-ons will still be available to top this up.

New Team Workspace Plan

Webflow is introducing a Team plan at $2,500/month (annual only), designed as the middle ground for teams that have outgrown the self-serve plans but aren't ready for a full Enterprise commitment. It bundles 10 seats, Localisation, 100 CMS collections, page branching, single-page publishing, and access to newer AI-driven features like AEO agents, things that were previously only available at Enterprise level. For growing B2B or marketing teams managing content across multiple contributors, this fills a real gap.

AI Credits Now Included in All Workspace Plans

Every Workspace plan, from Core through to Enterprise, now includes AI credits, which are the unit used to measure usage of Webflow's AI features. Credits reset monthly for self-serve plans and annually for Team and Enterprise. This reflects Webflow's clear direction: positioning itself as an AI-native platform, not just a visual website builder. Credit limits won't be enforced until June 29, 2026, giving customers time to understand their usage before it affects billing. Additional credits will be available to purchase as add-ons after that date.

When Do Changes Take Effect?

No changes happen immediately for existing customers. The rollout is phased:

  • New site plan purchases: changes apply from May 13, 2026
  • Most existing sites: changes apply at next renewal on or after June 29, 2026
  • Freelancer/Agency workspaces and legacy pricing: changes apply at next renewal on or after November 16, 2026

If you want to delay the impact, switching from monthly to annual billing before your effective date will lock in your current plan for one more year. Webflow has also built a pricing change calculator to help you understand exactly how the update affects your specific setup.
