Support (SLA/BAU)

Our support packages have been created to provide peace of mind to our customers of all sizes and experience, from start-ups to globally recognised brands.

AYKO have a team of dedicated and experienced support analysts and engineers on hand to support, maintain, develop and enhance your stores while providing training, consultancy and advice to your internal team.

All our customers benefit from 24/7 proactive monitoring using a suite of tools that observe your website for downtime or errors and alert our support team immediately. Alongside, our advanced security monitoring system which scans your website code and database regularly to ensure you are not at risk of a security breach. Outside of this, customers can also use our ticketing system themselves to raise and escalate priority tasks.

At a minimum, applications need maintenance and upgrades to ensure they are kept up to date and that your business and customer data is protected. Our minimum SLA is enough to ensure that your online applications are problem free and secure, while our Enterprise + SLA provides maximum security for Enterprise brands at risk.

Each and every package is available as a 3-month trial.

You can move up or down to any package with a month’s notice

Hours can be rolled over for two calendar months when required (i.e. April, May, no hours used. You can use all your hours for April in June).
