A Senior Frontend Developer will…

  • Have a burning passion for Frontend development and technologies
  • Understand the importance of the FE and how it sets the tone for the rest of the users interaction with that client.
  • Understand the importance of page speed and delivering performance rich developments.
  • Be client facing, responsible for presenting your work, taking feedback
  • Help champion our key Magento 2 offering
  • Assist and develop our internal projects
  • Provide feedback and advice for our clients
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of our team and clients
  • Work with the project management team
  • Assist in the writing functional specifications
  • Advise development of designs with the design team
  • Ensure that all deadlines on the project plan are met
  • Deliver high-quality project work and support the evolution of best practice and standards
  • Critique and helping to guide our clients to the best solutions
  • Provide actionable feedback to other members of the team on quality, best practice and technology
  • Design and deliver visual elements to the highest standard
  • Take and understand direction from others
  • Present, explain and justify the implementation of client solutions
  • Build and manage relationships with internal teams and clients
  • Be an active, motivated and inspired member of the team
  • Maintain a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines and contractual obligations and ensuring these are consistently followed.
