As a Digital Account Manager, you have the responsibility to manage client accounts, and ensure they are receiving a first class service.

  • Produce and distribute status reports to clients weekly
  • Produce and follow a communication plan with clients
  • Work across a range of internal departments to assist in proactively identifying opportunities to cross sell services and grow client spend
