A Digital Project Manager will…

Want to be part of a high performing team
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building rapport and credibility with key people
Resolve issues and remove barriers to success
Follow the AYKO delivery process to ensure standards are kept consistent across all projects
Be able to identify the appropriate resource levels required to meet the demands of your projects
Ensure projects are managed to protect profitability and and change control is in place to manage scope
Produce, manage and communicate project plans

Our ideal candidate will…

Have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Project Manager at a digital agency, ideally with some exposure to ecommerce
Have led multidisciplinary teams to deliver full end-to-end website builds and understand the challenges that can crop up along the way
Have acted as the primary point of client contact, proactively managing expectations and translating technical jargon into understandable issues and actions
Have completed requirements gathering processes, written functional specifications and be prepared to dive into delivering work independently for clients
Be comfortable and confident in understanding your role defending scope whilst seeing and developing opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of services
Experience presenting to clients at senior management level
Must be comfortable working towards defined KPIs

A salary ranging between £30,000 - £45,000, depending on experience

At AYKO we’re currently working with a combination of remote and face-to-face working. We are flexible with our people working from home, or our Leeds city centre HQ, providing candidates are able to travel to Leeds at least once a week.
