A Digital Project Manager will…

  • Want to be part of a high performing team
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, building rapport and credibility with key people
  • Resolve issues and remove barriers to success
  • Follow the AYKO delivery process to ensure standards are kept consistent across all projects
  • Be able to identify the appropriate resource levels required to meet the demands of your projects
  • Ensure projects are managed to protect profitability and and change control is in place to manage scope
  • Produce, manage and communicate project plans

Our ideal candidate will…

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience working as a Project Manager at a digital agency, ideally with some exposure to ecommerce
  • Have led multidisciplinary teams to deliver full end-to-end website builds and understand the challenges that can crop up along the way
  • Have acted as the primary point of client contact, proactively managing expectations and translating technical jargon into understandable issues and actions
  • Have completed requirements gathering processes, written functional specifications and be prepared to dive into delivering work independently for clients
  • Be comfortable and confident in understanding your role defending scope whilst seeing and developing opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell of services
  • Experience presenting to clients at senior management level
  • Must be comfortable working towards defined KPIs

At AYKO we’re currently working with a combination of remote and face-to-face working. We are flexible with our people working from home, or our Leeds city centre HQ, providing candidates are able to travel to Leeds at least once a week.
