A Senior Digital PR Executive will…

Learn to interpret, understand and compile data
Be a problem solver and understand and come up with creative solutions
Learn how to speak to clients, handle client communication
Develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with clients and internal teams.
Demonstrate initiative and confidence
Be creative when looking for solutions to difficult problems
Understand and implement instructions and directions from others
Be an active, motivated and inspired member of the team
Maintain a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines, and contractual obligations and ensure these are consistently followed
Be provided opportunities for growth and success within the company

Our Ideal candidate will have…

1 year or more experience either in-house or with an agency
A good understanding and knowledge of outreach and digital PR
Experience of running an outreach campaign from the ground up
Great at copy writing and creating compelling content to attract interest from national publications
The ability to continuously building strong, long lasting relationships with journalists
Track record of delivering results and building links from sites with a strong domain authority
An understanding of monitoring the web and looking for potential campaign ideas for a range of clients from different industries
Monitoring the news, social media and emerging trends that could be relevant for PR
Good presentation skills
Good organisation skills and time management
Understand the importance of keyword research and the process
Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and more
Basic understanding of SEO, both technical and content
Energy and enthusiasm with an ability to learn quickly
Articulate and concise communication skills
A desire to be a team player
A proven track record of successful deliveries with deadlines
Experience using Roxhill (desirable)
Experience with Excel/Google sheets (desirable)
Experience of working with Adobe/Magento and Shopify sites (desirable)
